The article considers the use of the state income support in dairy farming, used in the implementation of theState Program for the Development of Agriculture. The materials of agricultural organizations of the Tambov regionanalyze the level and the stimulating role of the supporting the producers' income by subsidizing 1 kg of milk sold (or)loaded on their own processing. A generalization is made and the features of regional methods for stimulating thegrowth ofproductivity are pointed out. The rationale for differentiation of regional subsidy rates is substantiated de-pending on the size of the planned growth in milk production.
In the Russian market of oilseeds the main role belongs to sunflower. Its dominant position in Russia is ex-plained by historical reasons, as well as suitable climatic conditions for its production. Russian scientists breedersplayed a large role to improve the quality characteristics of sunflower. In general, at present the Russian Federationhas a satisfactory situation with the production of sunflower oilseeds. The share of soybeans purchased abroad is cur-rently 61‰ in relation to the volume ofprocessing. For the effective development of the Russian oils and fats complex,it is necessary to overcome the dependence on foreign suppliers and expand the production of soybeans and productsof their processing.
The article describes the main problems facing the participants of the dairy market in connection with theintroduction of mandatory electronic veterinary certification, the possible consequences of the introduction of FGIS"Mercury" for different segments ofproduction and trade, the degree of readiness of the main market players to startworking in this system, as well as the risks for different segments of the market and dairy production in General. Par-ticular attention is paid to the problems in the sector of private farms, according to official statistics producing abouthalf of the raw milk in the country.
The paper analyzes the dynamics of fixed and working capital in agricultural organizations of the Oryolregion. The impact of financial resources on the agribusiness of the region, as well as on the use offinancial re-sources at various stages of their circulation, is given, taking into account the dynamics of the composition and struc-ture of the formation of own and borrowed financial resources and state support. The analysis of economic efficiencyof the financial resources management in the agricultural organizations of the Oryol region was carried out, takinginto account the assessment of the dynamics of the tax burden on the agribusiness of the region.
Ensuring equivalence in the development of inter-sectoral relations does not lose its relevance due to theproblems in the development of management theory accumulated over a decade and the emergence of informationtechnology. Noting the dynamics of agricultural development, the author focuses on the quality of its growth, which isnot satisfactory due to the annual losses of the industry from the disparity ofprices. The article substantiates the needfor the use of cooperative relations in agriculture. The role of the cooperative movement in ensuring the equivalenceof inter-sectoral relations in the economy of India and Finland is given. Domestic experience in the formation ofpa-rameters of the inter-sectoral balance of the country, taking into account the leveling of the price disparity betweenindustrial goods and agricultural products indicates its inefficiency. The author sees the solution of this problem in thetransformation of the system of state support of agriculture or the formation of a cooperative model to ensure theequivalence of inter-sectoral exchange and distribution relations. Many operations carried out by consumer societiesdirectly ensure the quality of life of the rural population. At the same time, the possibilities of inter-sectoral coopera-tion of different forms of cooperation remain undisclosed. The article proposes a model to ensure the equivalence ofinter-sectoral relations in agriculture on the basis of cooperation. The perspective directions of research on the desig-nated topic are defined.

Special attention is paid to the typology of workers of agriculture by thecriteria of reproduction of their labor. The necessity of state regulation of gradual convergence of wages and laborcosts is substantiated.
