He development of small agribusiness is a key direction in the diversification of agricultural production, theformation of an employment system in the countryside, and the formation of producers that are flexible to the marketsituation. At the same time, small forms of management can not afford the development of advanced technical andtechnological solutions due to high prices, especially in animal husbandry. The article proposes a mechanism for thecreation at the regional level of processing consumer cooperatives with the aim of providing technical support forsmall agribusiness in animal husbandry. The economics of creating a cooperative at the regional level were calculat-ed and a financing mechanism was proposed.
The article presents the economic content of the concept of «mortgage lending», shows the role and its importance in the system of investment development of agro-industrial production. An analysis of investments in fixedassets of agricultural organizations for 2015-2016 is given and shows the results of the banking sector operators involved in lending to business entities. Reflects the dynamics of reimbursement ofpart of the interest rate on investmentloans in the crop industry and identified areas for the development of the mechanism of mortgage lending to agricultural organizations.

In article the problem of social justice in payment of agricultural work which is caused, first of all, by theexisting inequality in income, the low level and quality of life of country people now is staticized. As a result of theconducted researches the main methodological approaches of assessment of worthy and fair compensation of hiredworkers and income self-employed in agriculture are presented. The specified extent of profitability of agriculturalwork calculated on the basis of program documents (including the recommendations of Labor unions), according toauthors, will bring closer workers of agriculture to social justice in the level of the salary and respectively - to thenormal level of their life.
The stages of development of agricultural organizations are accompanied by various economic phenomena,which implies the search for rational and effective levers of management of business entities. Some phenomena at thefarm level often lead to a decrease in the organization's income, an increase in wage arrears with a simultaneous de-cline in production. There is a need to create a clear management system and cost accounting for the production ofproducts and remuneration of employees of the organization. The purpose of the study was to develop a managementmodel and cost accounting for the remuneration of employees of the organization for the production of agriculturalproducts. It is concluded that the proposed wage management system and material incentives allow us to develop asystem of motivation of employees and management of structural units to increase production volumes, their q uality,productivity and reduce production costs.
Sunflower oil plays an increasingly important role in the world vegetable oil market, although its share invalue terms so far does not exceed 13‰. The two countries - Russia and Ukraine are the main countries of sunfloweroil producers. To date, half of the sunflower oil produced in Russia is consumed domestically, but exports are growingevery year. On the market of vegetable oils of Russia there are large companies with a high diversification ofproduction. A distinctive of major company is the simultaneous development of exports of sunflower oil produced and importsof palm oil. At the moment, less than 10 companies are dominant in the market of our country and their power isgrowing. This prevents small and mediumsized producers of vegetable oil from taking a competitive position.
The study revealed the tendency of development of dairy cattle breeding in Russia and the region. The assessment of the competitiveness of the entities of dairy agribusiness has been carried out by comparing the relevantindicators of individual agricultural organizations and the average statistical competitor of the region, their marketposition and competitive advantages have been determined. The strategy of increasing the competitiveness of dairyagribusiness entities is substantiated.
The article deals with the approach to the digitalization of the agricultural complex on the basis of thedeveloped portal, which combines the main site and associated sites of the agricultural organizations on the unifieddatabase. The organizational structure of the portal, the logical structure of the database, the proposed order ofoperation of the cluster are presented, which can be the basis of the digital platform of agriculture.
The current state of Russian Federation grain industry, the dynamics of grain produced structure for foodand feed purposes are analyzed in the article over the past ten years. The main production trends are revealed, theshares change of the grain crops main types in the grain produced general structure are assessed over the tenyearperiod. Wheat was singled out separately as the main export crop, the dynamics of its export was considered over thepast five years against the background of record grain yields for the last time. The produced wheat grain qualitativeassessment is given for the same period, consisting in an annual significant reduction of the highest categories valuegrain and the prevalence offourth and fifth grades in the grain production structure. The main production trends arerevealed, which consist in the grain structure formation strictly in accordance with the market conditions oriented tothe sales markets, where consist grain quality low standards. The Russian grain main consumers in the world marketare considered. The structure of feed grain production is considered, and this structure does not meet the scientificallybased standards for feeding animals due to the lack of cooperation between scientific and business structures. Thenutritional properties of wheat for livestock feed are compared with other cereal crops, the advantages are revealed inusing rations with barley and oats. The feed grains balance recommendations are made, aimed at increasing the shareof barley, maize and legumes in the production structure, as well as reducing the wheat share. Recommendations aregiven for improving the produced grain quality, consolidation the financial flows from the grain export for using themas part of strengthening the grain farming internal infrastructure as a cooperative movement.
The formation of a common agrarian market and the development of effective mechanisms for its regulation is the main goal of the Eurasian Economic Union. The article discusses the main directions and mechanisms for regulating the general agrarian market, implemented by the EEC on the basis of a coordinated agro-industrial policy: government support, development of uniform requirements in the production and circulation ofproducts, formation of a pricing system, a single forecasting system, an integrated information system of the agro-industrial complex. The effectiveness of implemented measures to regulate the agrarian market is assessed, the main obstacles hindering integration processes in the EAEU and the formation of a single agrarian market are outlined: contradictions of the national interests of the EAEU countries, due to the national characteristics and specifics of the AIC development of the participating countries, their differences in scale and resource potential of the AIC , the lack of supranational programs for the implementation of measures for the formation of a single agricultural market, financed from the general budget of the EAEU, trative barriers.
