Abstract: In this article, the author examines the specific industry features of the development of organic technologies in existing agricultural organizations. Using the example of Orekhprom JSC, which is based in the Krasnodar Territory and Luch LLC in the Chertkovsky district of the Rostov Region, a steadily developing organization over the past few years, the authors identify and investigate the constraining factors that have a negative impact on the transition to organic technologies. The conducted research revealed that today in Russian agriculture, the use of organic technologies on an industrial scale is most appropriate in vegetable and fruit growing, and in small-scale production is promising for all types of activities.
