Abstract: The stability of food security for the population is a key condition and a strategic prerequisite for the effective development of the country's economic and social sphere. The purpose of the study is to determine the dependence of the aggregate supply on the agricultural market of the Republic of Bashkortostan on its structure and sources of formation. The results of the content analysis of structural changes and variations in the supply of the main types of agricultural products in the republic in recent years are presented. During the study, it was revealed that for the main types of agricultural products, the formation of supply is carried out mainly at the expense of own production and stocks. The actual volumes of production and stocks of products make it possible to maintain the size of the supply at a sufficient level without the implementation of large volumes of supplies from outside the republic. It is summarized that the effective use of the entire resource potential of the agricultural sector of Bashkortostan will make it possible to successfully overcome crises on a regional scale, however, there are certain threats in the field of economic availability of food for certain groups of the population.
