Abstract: The production of organic agriculture products remains one of the important areas of agricultural policy that the world community needs to solve, because, despite the development of innovative technologies, socio-economic transformations and structural changes in the agro-industrial complex that contribute to the growth of agricultural production, raw materials and food, do not always improve their quality. According to the UN, the increase in income and the growth of the welfare of the population will stimulate the demand for organic food. The importance of organic food production is substantiated, since the consumption of environmentally friendly products for a person is the basis of his life and helps the body recover after exposure to poor-quality food and the environment, as well as ensuring the country's food security. The demand for organic products among the population in many countries of the world is increasing every year. Today, about 187 countries are engaged in organic agriculture.
