Abstract: At present, Russia is provided with poultry meat at the expense of domestic production. In this regard, the country's poultry industry faces the task of reducing production costs and expanding the supply of meat and poultry by-products abroad. Therefore, it is advisable to develop models for forecasting the demand and production of poultry meat using regression analysis. Particular attention should be paid to the development of turkey meat production in the country.
