Abstract: In article contents and a role of Standards of the decent salary of workers of agriculture in increase in profitability of their work in the light of implementation of the concept Worthy work is considered. Author carry out the analysis and the assessment of adaptation of the specified standards in standard and legal documents on the social and labor relations. In work special attention is paid to an order of establishment of the minimum level of compensation (minimum wage rate) as key zarplatoobrazuyushchy indicator. Proceeding from results of a research, the conclusion is drawn that if for last period of time motions on adaptation of these Standards in the industry were noted, many issues of the organization of compensation at the micro level would manage to be resolved and thus to promote on the way of implementation of the concept of Worthy work a little. And, it, in turn, can have a great influence on advance of other groups of standards, and, first of all, - Standards of worthy work in the sphere of employment - i.e. transition from "just to employment" to «effective employment».
