Abstract: Aquaculture in Russia is being developed in organizations of various levels of industry intensity, to which a unified organizational and economic mechanism for managing their development is applied. The problem of the modern stage of aquaculture development is the need to bring the industry to industrial volumes of fish production of different species. The purpose of the study is to identify the main tools that regulate the economic interests of fish farms and encourage them to accelerate the scale-up of the production of hydrobionts. At the same time, such levers should be interconnected, and their complementation should have an increasing effect of stimulating the development of such a specialized agribusiness.
