Abstract: The article discusses the application of various forms of public-private partnership (PPP) in agriculture in Russia and abroad. The importance of using the PPP mechanism in the implementation of innovation and investment activities in the agricultural sector of the economy is shown. The interests of the partnership participants in the implementation of innovative projects are analyzed, the main problems hindering the development of PPP projects in the agro-industrial complex of Russia are highlighted.
