Abstract: The implementation of priority areas for economic development, sanctions, industrial safety, import substitution have determined new conditions for the economic growth of the agricultural sector: digitalization of agriculture, creation of new jobs, efficient employment, a comfortable environment for life, development of human capital, continuous education throughout a person’s life, creation of an integral system of continuous professional education. As part of the drivers that contribute to the development of human capital, education is fundamental. The implementation of these areas will determine the priorities for the development of education - the driver of the competitiveness of human capital in the labor sphere of the agricultural sector of the economy within the framework of the Strategy for the Digital Transformation of Science and Higher Education.
