Abstract: In article dynamics of high-performance jobs in agriculture, key indicators of security and equipment with the equipment of the agricultural organizations are analysed, trends in division of agricultural work are investigated. The conclusion that now technical and technological modernization of agrarian production is carried out at a low level is drawn. Therefore to all economic entities of agriculture (agricultural organizations. country (farmer) farms and farms of the population) it is necessary to adapt to the developed conditions including to the happening technical and technological shifts. The most widespread instruments of similar adaptation in the sphere of work are vocational division of labor, the salary, etc.
