The current situation, without the controversial, requires attention and determine priorities in addressing issues of development finance, financing, lending and State support in the form of subsidies. In this regard, for the growth of dairy industry at different stages of economic development, the author proposes, in the process of realization of the State program, to develop a Public subroutine financial support processors the dairy industry, which will be proposed to the mechanical.
