Abstract: The article deals with the issues of legal regulation of economic activity in the context of the implementation of the project-digital approach. in addition, the main principles of legal regulation of economic relations are formulated, taking into account the transformation of traditional approaches to regulating economic interaction and managing the economy into information and digital technologies.
