Abstract: The article formulates the basic approaches and methods of risk management; the analysis of the production and economic activities of VEKZ JSC was carried out, directions for the development of the enterprise were formed in the context of increasing its efficiency and risk stability; the tasks are formulated to increase the effectiveness of risk management; recommendations are given for improving the use of profits and for conducting an advertising company using progressive methods for promoting it in the regional market.
