Abstract: The work is devoted to the problem of the development of state regulation of regional agribusiness in modern conditions. The study substantiates the main directions of improving the system of state regulation of agricultural producers, refined the management scheme of the agro-industrial complex, which provides for the implementation of an innovative model, carried out a forecast assessment of the dynamics of the volume of state support for agricultural investment in the Krasnodar Krai. The work also outlines the priorities of state financing of the agro economics on the basis of a single subsidy, which allows optimizing the system of inter-budget transfers, contributing to the effective redistribution of funds between the levels of the budget system and increasing the responsibility of the regions for choosing directions, volumes and proportions of state support and their implementation.
