Abstract: Sustained and dynamic functioning of agricultural economics is possible through the use of the programmatically-targeted method. The development management of fruit and grape industry as the foundation of economic space of Abkhazia will improve the growth of social indicators. The article discloses the methods and goals of the raised issues. The strategic approach to the state priorities of programmatic impact of the agro-industrial complex of the country is defined in the article.
