Abstract: Peculiar features of domestic model of rural development are studied. It is defined that in the conditions of instability of a social and economic situation in the village the relevance of a problem of reproduction of the human capital amplifies. It is revealed that the existing approaches to modeling of formation and use of the human capital have macroeconomic focus that is caused by lack of necessary information base at the regional and municipal levels. The theoretical approaches to creation of models of the human capital considering investments into its accumulation are comprehended. Need of an integrated approach when modeling reproduction of the rural human capital causing the choice and assessment of the factors connected with its features is proved.
