Abstract: The article presents the economic content of the concept of «mortgage lending», shows the role and its importance in the system of investment development of agro-industrial production. An analysis of investments in fixedassets of agricultural organizations for 2015-2016 is given and shows the results of the banking sector operators involved in lending to business entities. Reflects the dynamics of reimbursement ofpart of the interest rate on investmentloans in the crop industry and identified areas for the development of the mechanism of mortgage lending to agricultural organizations.
