Abstract: The article examines institutional and economic mechanisms for stimulating the development of the agro-industrial complex of the Russian Federation. It is shown that fragmentation and poor coordination of existing instruments reduce their effectiveness and limit the potential for sustainable sectoral growth. The study substantiates the need for a comprehensive approach to the stimulation system based on the coordination of financial, fiscal, institutional, and managerial mechanisms. The findings may be applied in improving state agricultural policy.
