Abstract: In the modern context, the development of the export potential of regional grain production in the Russia plays a decisive role in ensuring sustainable economic growth and strengthening the country’s position in global agricultural markets. The paper examines the impact of Eurasian economic integration processes on the formation and realization of the export capabilities of the grain sector. The research aims to identify strategic directions for enhancing the competitiveness of regional grain production within the framework of integration processes. The methodological basis includes systemic and institutional approaches, methods of comparative and factor analysis, and economic-statistical modeling. The results substantiate mechanisms for strengthening export infrastructure, optimizing logistics chains, and improving the efficiency of foreign-economic activities of agricultural enterprises. The obtained findings can be applied by public authorities and regional administrations in developing strategies for spatial development and agri-food export support.
