Abstract: The article is devoted to the urgent problem of consideration of the climate change factor in the formation ofthe strategy of scientific and technological development of the agroindustrial complex in the long-term perspective.The proposed methodology is based on an assessment of the differential effects that arise in the process of technological development of the agricultural sector of the economy in comparison with the inertial variant of the forecast. Thechoice of a strategy or a combination thereof is based on assessments based on commercial, budgetary, social, eco-nomic and environmental performance criteria.
