Abstract: The main producers of commercial agricultural products among the subjects of agricultural entrepreneurship today are agricultural organizations. This was due to the ratification of the positive motivation of their businessactivities on the part of the state in the implementation ofprograms for the development of agriculture and regulationof markets for agricultural products, raw materials and food for 2008-2012 and 2013-2020, which allowed agricultural organizations to change their economic behavior in a certain way: to modify the nature of agribusiness management, to increase financial responsibility for its results, to respond more adequately to market signals, to take intoaccount the demand, to look for profitable sales channels, to finetune the process of technical and technological reequipment, to master current professions, to find new approaches to people, to their needs, and most importantly-todevelop a strategy and tactics to create conditions for expanded production, intensification of production processes,increase the efficiency of commercial activity. In order to maintain the achieved positive results for the long term, agricultural organizations need the most constructive approach to the effective regulation of the business process, adequate to the prevailing conditions of management.
