Abstract: In the process of implementation of production economic activities the agricultural organizations face aproblem offormation and functioning of the working capital participating in agribusiness, which demands formationof strategic approaches in the construction of management systems of working capital. In the article the main criteriafor the development of working capital management strategy at various stages ofproduction and economic activity ofagricultural organizations are presented. Approaches to management of the capital based on creation of chains ofplanning and purposes for decision-making in a control system are allocated. The main stages of adoption of strategicdecisions are formulated and the control system model, based on forecasting elements in the agricultural organiza-tions is constructed.
