Abstract: In the article the review of various approaches to reproduction of labor from the position of decent profita-bility of agricultural labour is carried out. Special attention is paid to the typology of workers of agriculture by thecriteria of reproduction of their labor. The necessity of state regulation of gradual convergence of wages and laborcosts is substantiated.
