Abstract: The paper analyzes the dynamics of fixed and working capital in agricultural organizations of the Oryolregion. The impact of financial resources on the agribusiness of the region, as well as on the use offinancial re-sources at various stages of their circulation, is given, taking into account the dynamics of the composition and struc-ture of the formation of own and borrowed financial resources and state support. The analysis of economic efficiencyof the financial resources management in the agricultural organizations of the Oryol region was carried out, takinginto account the assessment of the dynamics of the tax burden on the agribusiness of the region.
