Abstract: The article examines the current state of agriculture in the Lipetsk region, which is one of the key sectors of the regional economy. There is a structural change in the industry, where agricultural organizations have begun to play a dominant role, and crop production has become a key sector. The region demonstrates high investment activity and positive dynamics of providing agricultural staff, however, there are problems associated with a decrease in the role of personal subsidiary farms and demographic challenges. To solve the problem of labor shortage in agriculture, in particular, during peak seasonal work, it is proposed to attract labor within the framework of the EAEU.
