Abstract: The development of an optimal staffing system for agriculture is a multifactorial, complex task that requires the development and implementation of effective government regulation. The solution should include activities on the development, implementation and implementation of programs aimed at staffing agriculture, improving the regulatory framework for government support and public-private partnership processes. Efforts should be directed at popularizing agricultural companies while simultaneously shaping and strengthening the image of an industry characterized by stability and prospects. Important components of this process are improving living conditions in rural areas and remote settlements where agricultural work is carried out; increasing wages to competitive levels; and increasing awareness of the country's agro-industrial complex. A necessary element of the process is the activity to improve the regulatory aspect of the functioning of the unified educational complex of scientific and industrial orientation as an innovative aspect of the student infrastructure, consisting of educational and production facilities, design and educational laboratories. It is necessary to develop and implement measures that will modernize educational institutions in accordance with the actual and prospective level of development of the industry, stimulate their researchers, and increase the scale of targeted training.
