Abstract: The article focuses on the functioning of the infrastructure of the agro-food market in the context of global transformations and challenges. The classification and systematization of the interpretation of the economic category «infrastructure of the agro-food market» is carried out. The main functions of the infrastructure of the agro-food market are considered. The necessity of a comprehensive consideration of the infrastructure of the agro-food market based on the interaction and interconnection of its subsystems, such as: trade and distribution, financial and credit, transport services, packaging and information support, as well as regulatory support, is proposed. The main elements of individual subsystems of the agri-food market infrastructure have been identified and grouped according to various criteria. A logical and graphical model of the system of factors influencing the functioning of the infrastructure of the agro-food market is presented and the directions of combating challenges in the context of global transformations are determined.
