Abstract: The scientific article provides a comprehensive analysis of the current state of poultry meat and egg production in Russia, which will help identify the main trends and problems faced by the sub-sector. An important aspect of the study will be the study of factors influencing the development of poultry farming, including economic, social and environmental aspects. In particular, the impact of external economic factors, such as fluctuations in prices for energy, machinery, equipment and feed, changes in international trade and sanctions, on the dynamics of poultry production will be considered. One of the key topics of the work will be the study of selection technologies in poultry farming, which play an important role in increasing the productivity and sustainability of poultry farms. The introduction of new innovative technologies and selection programs can significantly increase production efficiency, which, in turn, will have a positive impact on the volume of poultry products. Forecast scenarios developed on the basis of available data will help assess possible development paths for the sub-sector and determine what changes may occur in production processes by 2030.
