Abstract: In the distributive relations of the agrarian sector of economy of Russia the provisions of the neoliberal the-ory underestimating a work factor role and therefore braking the solution of the becoming aggravated problem ofincrease in its profitability still dominate. Therefore the purpose of article is the development of conceptual provisionsof the theoretical platform of a research offormation of decent profitability of labor in agriculture. These objectiveswere achieved on the basis of assessment of the situation with profitability of labor in branch, organizational and eco-nomic conditions of her formation, studying of domestic and foreign literature on the problem. The need of symbiosisof a number of economic theories which provisions allow to investigate formation ofprofitability of agrarian labor inits movement to a paradigm of a decent level is as a result proved. The main of these theories are: labor theory ofcost, theory of factors of production, theory of human development and institutional theory.
