Abstract: The article discusses the features of anti-corruption control in the field of public procurement at the stage of formation of requirements for the subject of procurement to ensure the economic efficiency of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation. In the study, the authors come to the conclusion that the transparency of public procurement is affected by the difficulty of substantiating references to standards and technical conditions in the descriptions of the products themselves, which is reflected in the losses in the economic development of the country's regions. It is proposed to develop an integral monitoring system within the framework of transparency of anti-corruption control over the quality of development and application of standards of organizations and technical conditions used in public procurement, based on integration into the mechanisms of the «electronic state».
