Abstract: This understandably cannot help influencing the national economy and causes the government to correct both its strategic and short-term objectives, as well as the manner of their achievement. With these current discussions (both debatable and doubtful) in what paradigm we have to progress after politically having left the globalized space, economically we shall have to stay in, at least, for the foreseeable future. In the article, there are the results of the observation of mechanisms and instruments in the world agricultural and food policies, considerations on their possible implementation in achieving national agricultural development strategic objectives.
