Abstract: The article presents the current state of the agricultural machinery fleet (tractors and combine harvesters) and elevator capacities. The role of the material and technical base in ensuring the continuity of agricultural production is described. In the article, the authors propose to use a set of key measures that will contribute to the development of the agro-industrial complex and ensure the continuity of agricultural production, in particular: the creation of machine-technological companies that provide the full range of services for seasonal field work, as well as the implementation of standard projects of elevator complexes (including the necessary and a sufficient list of equipment)
