It should define the main directions for the maximum integration of domestic agro-industrial complexes and joint vectors for the development of a single agrarian policy of the Union State. She is should contain a system of effective measures and mechanisms aimed at building up the production, socio-economic and especially agrarian potential of the Union, the development of agro-industrial cooperation, integrated import-substituting and export-oriented industries.
