Abstract: The article considers resources for increasing the productivity of agricultural production and aquatic biological resources. The methods and principles of digitalization of public administration processes in the field of the fishery complex are analyzed. The activity of the state in the field of agro-industrial and fishery complexes is analyzed. Foreign and domestic experience is considered, which allows to form a correct vision of the current situation of fishing opportunities in various fishery basins.
