Abstract: The article notes that due to the crisis situation in the Russian economy, it will most likely not be possible to increase budgetary and other support for agricultural organizations in the foreseeable future. It is also doubtful that the antimonopoly policy in the country will be strengthened. Therefore, the main stake should be placed on the implementation of their internal reserves, the potential of which is significant. The solution to this problem involves the implementation of a system of organizational and economic measures. The total number of the main ones is more than two dozen, including the improvement of the organizational structure and management structure, methods of material and moral incentives, the organization of innovative and marketing activities, the creation of compatible work teams, the development of industrial self-government, and others. As best practice shows, the implementation of these measures together leads to the formation of an effective management model in an agricultural organization, regardless of its specialization. The more industry leaders who are able to solve this problem, the sooner the domestic agricultural sector, including all food subcomplexes, will adapt to the current difficult conditions and the problem of the country's food security will be more fully resolved.
