Abstract: In recent years, the influence of geopolitical factors, such as ITS and sanctions pressure from unfriendly countries, has increased on the development of the Russian agro-industrial complex. The article considers the most urgent problems of the main areas of the agro-industrial complex in modern significantly changed external conditions and proposes a set of measures to solve them. Within the framework of the Strategy for the development of the agro-industrial and fisheries complexes of Russia until 2030, it is proposed to introduce the state project "Mobilization economy of the Agro-industrial complex of Russia", which will reflect a systematic approach to the work of agro-industrial entities in the new economic conditions.
