Abstract: The article discusses a methodological approach to assessing potential participants in network interaction, which is based on five indicators that characterize the financial and economic condition of an economic entity. A system for determining "network maturity" based on the principle of a traffic light is proposed. According to this methodology, an analysis of organizations in a two-link chain of production was carried out, namely, on the example of a dairy subcomplex.
