Abstract: In this article the conceptual apparatus of such scientific concepts as “law ” and “laws” is clarified and complemented, as well as the definition of “management system in the field of municipal agriculture” is justified and the directions of the development of interaction of state and economic management based on the use ofpatterns in the system of municipal management of AIC are shown. The principles and rules offormation and functioning of the management system at the municipal level are defined, as well as the basic economic and administrative methods that will contribute to the improvement of the state, economic management and local government are proposed, as well as the implementation of inner reserves of the sub-sector and system of economic management of the municipal AIC.
