Abstract: The work classified the regions of the NonChernozem Zone according to natural agro-resource conditions. Soil and agroclimatic characteristics are given to isolated agro-resource clusters. An analysis of the efficiency of agricultural agriculture in the Nechernozem region was carried out. The relationship between the natural agro-resource conditions of the regions and the efficiency of agricultural agriculture in them was revealed. Based on the research car-ried out, the directions for the development of agricultural agriculture in the regions of the Non-Black Earth Zone are justified.
