Abstract: he article presents the theoretical aspects of the interdependence of productive forces and production relations in the agrarian economy. Various approaches to the institution of public-private partnership (PPP) as a tool for the interaction of productive forces and industrial relations of society from various points of view based on the symbiosis of private and public property institutions in the process of economic activity aimed at solving national economic problems are substantiated.
