Abstract: The article presents the procedure for the development, review and approval of professional standards, since existing ones have shortcomings that prevent the use of these documents in modern practice. The reason for this is complex, incomprehensible, scientifically baseless methodology. Currently, many legislative documents remain projects, and the state continues to spend large amounts of budget funds on various additions, changes, amendments to the "non-working" but adopted Federal laws. Urgent measures that are reflected in this article are needed.
